Liability Risk Management

Purpose

The purpose of Liability Risk Management reviews is to help ensure good standards are maintained for public safety and statutory compliance including your duty of care to provide a safe workplace. Liability risk exposures to be included are agreed prior to review.

CRM Liability RM Reviews provide:

  • Review of current Risk Management practices and procedures
  • Management interviews to review operational procedures
  • Site inspections as agreed for major locations and include:
    1. Public areas, car parks, stairways and food handling areas
    2. Electrical safety and security systems
    3. Fire egress routes, exit signs and fire stairs
    4. Fire/ Emergency Evacuation procedures
    5. Fire Protections systems and maintenance procedures
  • Facilities management and contractor controls
  • Incident/ Accident Report systems and procedures
  • Quality management controls and product recall procedures

A Liability Risk Management Report will be issued to confirm positive findings and as appropriate suggested recommendations for improvement.

Ongoing risk management advice will also be available to help ensure continual improvement for your liability risk management programs.
