Business Continuity Management

When an unexpected risk event occurs, business survival and loss of reputation is also at risk. We apply our experience in line with AS/NZS 4360 and Handbook 221 to:

  • Assess critical objectives and key business functions;
  • Conduct a Business Impact Analysis;
  • Provide Crisis Management training;
  • Develop Business Continuity plans and
  • Audit, maintain and test.
