Risk Management

  • Risk Management strategy, development, training and implementation.
  • Risk Profile analysis and evaluation to quantify risk and review with your risk transfer or insurance program and risk control systems in place, especially for non-insured risks.

Asset Protection

CRM can provide Highly Protected Risk, HPR risk engineering services and reviews to protect critical company assets from fire, explosion or other risk exposure. Our services include:

  • Property Risk Inspections including fire protection systems, compliance with BCA regulations, security and management controls.
  • Underwriting Reports to provide risk disclosure and promote all positive RM initiatives to assist insurance negotiations to obtain best market terms and conditions.
  • Risk engineering solutions for the protection of critical assets including design, plan review and commission testing of fire pumps, sprinkler systems and gaseous extinguishing systems.

Business Continuity Management

When an unexpected risk event occurs, business survival and loss of reputation is also at risk. Our BCM methodology combines our extensive experience with the principles outlined in the AS/NZS 4360 and Handbook 221 and includes:

  • Assessment of critical objectives and key business functions.
  • Business Impact Analysis to quantify threats and determine the maximum acceptable outage.
  • Crisis management training for the Risk Management Team including roles and responsibilities.
  • Development of Business Continuity, BC plans for each critical activity using our unique modular system which includes emergency procedures, communication and crisis management, immediate short term and full recovery steps.
  • BC management process to monitor, maintain and test BC plans.
